Report Window
The Report window is a derivative of the Zoom Window displays. It has inherited all of the functionality of the Zoom window but without the capacity to digitise new data. The Report Window has been devised to produce accurately scaled drawing to printers pdf documents etc. The Report window is created by selecting the menu item.

Report Window Paper Options
The Report Window Paper options permits the user to
| 1. | Select the printer; |
| 2. | Select paper size and orientation; |
| 3. | To choose the margin around the drawing. |
| 4. | The scale of the drawing, and; |
| 5. | The data to appear in the legend. |

At the same time the zoom window display contains a black rectangle showing that area of the DTM to be printed. It is necessary to adjust the map to enclose only that part of the DTM inside the black rectangle. Maps may also be included in the zoom window to enhance the report. Any display options available to the zoom window is also applicable to the Report window.

Report Window Title Options
The Report Window Title options permits the user to

| 3. | Include a suitable icon (graphic for the company). |
