Projects
It is assumed that the Project has already been created. See Create a New Project.
Data file
A data file contains all the information concerning the DTM, all objects, some of the calculation setups and control codes and the results of the batch calculations. Thus all data for a project case and the results is contained in one file. The file is a text file and can be inspected using a text editor. The PEN data file need not be edited directly by the user.
To Create A Data File
Select File / New |
New Button |
Then Select the model type:
Select OK and data file is created
Next step is to press the Zoom Window button or menu item and a empty Zoom window will be displayed centered on coordinates (0,0)
